How Will You Measure Your Life?

Title: How Will Your Measure Your Life?
Author: Clayton Christensen, James Allworth and Karen Dillon
Genre: Self-help
Pages: 240
Rating (out of 5 stars): ****1/2
Reviewed by: Ben
Description: Clayton Christensen uses his renowned ideas on business and applies them to people's lives instead.  In particular, he focuses on how we can make sure that we reach our goals, how we can make sure our goals are the right ones, and how to be ethical along the way.
Thoughts: I saw Clayton Christensen give a lecture on this material at HBS a little over a year ago, and it was spectacular.  Reading the book was a great reminder.  In a lot of ways you almost feel like you're reading a church book, except it's not directly preachy and throws in a lot of business references.  But seriously, this is the kind of book I think I should read about every 5 years, just to make sure I'm on track and going where I want to be going.  The only reason it missed out on all 5 stars was that I had heard nearly all of the ideas in the book previously, so it wasn't as new or exciting for me.  Still, I highly recommend it!
