Title: The Prince and the Pauper
Author: Mark Twain
Genre: Classic
Pages: 224
Rating (out of 5 stars): ****

Description: Towards the end of King Henry VIII's reign, his son Edward, the Prince of Wales, by accident changes places with a young pauper boy in London. Both the Prince and the Pauper learn valuable lessons what what it is like to be in the other's shoes as they get through difficult situations and cope with things they've never experienced before.
Thoughts: Mark Twain is just a great storyteller. There were several times I laughed out loud at the way he described things in this book, and the story was very enjoyable all the way through. The moral of the story is a good one, too: it pays to view things from someone else's perspective. The Prince and the Pauper was a pretty fast read, and highly enjoyable as well.
Disclaimer: None at all.
